At this stage, we’ll start enumerating tangible key indicators that help us define what success means for your project as we go along. This enables us to accurately track how the project is going, and how smoothly we are progressing as planned.

In most cases, this stage also necessitates the construction of smaller proof-of-concept outputs that serve to eliminate potential complications down the road and give you a short glimpse of what the final output will look like. These smaller outputs can be microapps that we build to prove an idea, or a set of high-fidelity design mockups that lays out all the product’s primary features. Through our team’s wide range of skills and experience, we’ll use whatever it takes to give you a concrete idea of what to expect ahead of time.

Each week we’ll give you a rundown of what we’ve worked on and what’s up next, and you will always be aware of how the project is going at all times. We’ll evaluate the progress and adjust the upcoming tasks, on your request or if necessary.
